2dae quite slack.. but its just another long long dae.. 1st was the super torturous PE! ran 3.2km.. frm TJC to TPS.. damn far lor.. run like half dead.. come back immediately do push ups.. sit ups.. n other exercises.. realli can die sia.. im sure to lose weight.. wee~ haha..
