France. 3 Weeks in.

It has been so long since I last blogged. Haven't had a free day since I came to France. But yeps, so many things happened in the last 3 weeks since I came to France. Lots of everything. Lots of fun, laughter, excitement, new experiences, friends... But there's no lack of worries, and the loads of family and friends that I miss. I kinda enjoy the sense of independence I get living here in France. But at the same time, I also miss the life I had back in Singapore. And seeing some of the things that I missed or will miss being overseas makes me wonder if it'll be all worth it. But deep down I know, that this 2 months being away from home will definitely be a definitive stage in my life - leaving the comforts of home and just stepping into the unknown. Learning to be independent - knowing that once you're away from home, you're on your own. Learning to prioritize things in my life - knowing what and who truly matter to me.

Stepping into this Summer Programme not knowing anyone, I've gotta say that I'm really blessed to have met awesome friends here in Grenoble.
